Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds nor exchanges*.

Your happiness is very important to us and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase; however, as all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you ensure and confirm appropriate sizing, dimensions and materials for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order.

*If an item shipped to you is defective, you must send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the item to advise of defects. If approved, you may return the item within the first 7 days after receipt. We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.

Be mindful, stones may appear slightly different in-person than on the website, as crystals can be tricky to photograph, it is accepted that you factor this in to your purchase decision.
