{ REVELATIONS }

An Artist Statement

This capsule is a study in devotion — to craft, to ancestry, to the invisible threads that guide us through darkness and back into ourselves.

Each talisman draws from the French sacred objects of my lineage: 17th–18th century devotional medallions, crowned silhouettes, Rococo frames, and symbols of Christ and the Holy Mother. Historically, these pieces were worn over the heart for protection, liberation, and light — beloved heirlooms passed from hand to hand, carried through travel and illness, worn through prayer and fear and hope. They were small, luminous companions to the soul.

I carved { REVELATIONS } as an act of prayer.
A way to honor the tenderness that emerges after grief,
the courage found in surrender,
and the quiet revelations that shape a life.

Each pendant is intentionally non-literal, echoing the soft silhouettes and symbolic motifs of early French devotional metalwork. What mattered to me in the creation was presence, not portrait. Essence, not exactness. These are pieces meant to evoke, to hold, to illuminate.

These talismans are not meant to decorate you;
they are meant to hold you.
To remind you that you are guided, protected, and deeply loved.
To return you to the part of yourself that has never dimmed.

{ REVELATIONS } emerged at the intersection of healing and heritage — a merging of my personal journey this year with the ancestral roots of French spirituality that have quietly shaped my life and work. It is a collection about remembrance, restoration, and the unseen forces that accompany us through every chapter.

Whether you wear these talismans as symbols of devotion, protection, faith, or personal transformation, my hope is that they meet you where you are — gently, clearly, and in perfect timing.
